About Creo Essentials

Creo Essentials takes the base Creo Parametric application and adds Flexible Modeling. Flexible Modeling is all about speed and flexibility. Integrated with Creo Parametric, it gives you a tool that will fit everyone’s needs – from your most demanding engineer to your most casual user.

Directly Use Solidworks and CATIA files

Creo can directly open data from most common CAD systems including:

  • SolidWorks
  • Autodesk
  • Siemens NX
  • SolidEdge

There’s no need to convert or translate these files. Just load them directly into your model. When you’re done, you can easily save them back into Creo or their original native file format. Want to know more?
