Introduction to Creo Parametric 3.0

Offered April 10-14, May 1-5 or June 5-9

This introduction to Creo Parametric is perfect for Creo beginners, or regular users looking to develop their skills. The class covers all of the necessary drawing, assembling, sketching, and modeling skills needed to become proficient in Creo 3.0. During the course, students complete a design project for a clear understanding of how their new skills can be applied to real world scenarios. Plus, our skilled instructors will be there to answer any questions and help along the way. This course is ideal for product, routed systems, industrial, and conceptual designers.

Learn all of the essential skills you need to feel comfortable using Creo 3.0 regularly.

Interactive Surface Design Using Creo Parametric 3.0

Offered April 6-7 or May 22-23

This class teaches students how to use the style environment to create and manipulate surface details on 3D models. The style modeling environment in Creo is a spline-based freeform modeler that allows a parametric feature modeling approach to be combined with an unconstrained surface modeling approach. With the completion of this course, students will be able to design complex-shaped surface models. It is recommended that students take the Introduction to Creo 3.0 class before this course or come with previous Creo 3.0 experience.

Learn to combine parametric feature modeling with the constrained surface modeling approach.

Creo Parametric 3.0 for SolidWorks Users

Offered April 17-19, May 10-12, or June 21-23

Learn core modeling skills in this comprehensive hands-on course specifically designed for SolidWorks users. Once completed students will understand Creo’s interface in addition to some basic Creo modeling concepts. Students have the opportunity to test their new skills through an in-class design project where they design realistic parts. This class is intended for people who already have modeling knowledge and basic SolidWorks skills.

Learn all the skills necessary to go from being a SolidWorks user to a Creo Parametric 3.0 user.

Surfacing with Creo Parametric 3.0

Offered April 24-26, May 17-19 or June 14-16

Surfacing with Creo Parametric 3.0 builds upon the skills introduced in the Creo 3.0 introduction course. In this course teaches students how to create, manipulate, and analyze surfaces in Creo 3.0. We will teach students how to use all of the advanced editing tools for a clear understanding of how to create surfaces in accordance with desired quality and characteristics. This course will provide students with the skills to design and create complex models using surfaces in Creo 3.0.

Learn how to use all of Creo 3.0’s advanced editing tools to create complex surfaces and shapes.
